This program is designed for girls interested in learning fundamental gymnastics skills whileparticipating in a fun way. This program follows a pre-competitive structure and allows girls to challenge themselves with new skills, and learn both individual and group routines. Girls have the option to compete at an interclub level, or perform at our yearly showcases. Classes are aimed at developing flexibility, pre-acrobatic skills, body difficulties like balances, leaps, and pivots, and appratus technique with ropes, hoops, balls, & ribbons.
